The Setup
When we designed this buffet, we wanted a showstopper that highlighted the quality of our grilling and carving stations. We focused on drama, featuring a rack of lamb being finished tableside and our signature lobster tails sizzling on their own custom red grill. Every element, down to the steaming roasted carrots and broccoli, had to arrive perfect. We nailed it by delivering a flavor-packed, high-impact experience that guests talk about for weeks.

The Setup
Our menu focus was unapologetically on premium proteins served with flair. That whole roasted chicken resting in fresh thyme is a centerpiece we are incredibly proud of, especially topped with our bright, custom salsa. Watching a chef ladle rich sauce over the rack of lamb or seeing the lobster come right off the heat is part of the package we sell. Plus, even our hearty sides, like the jerk chicken in the gold basket, get the same attention to detail.
